Wallpaper* magazine recently celebrated the launch of LA CUCINA DI LUCA FANTIN, a beautiful new Assouline book that details the process behind Chef Luca Fantin’s stunning cuisine. In his kitchen at Bvlgari Tokyo Restaurant, Fantin prepares his distinctive version of Italian cuisine using only local ingredients. The book features 32 of his original recipes, presenting each dish alongside the destination and ingredients that inspired it.
