Andrew David Skinner, originally from Sheffield, England, Executive Chef of the Bulgari Resort in Bali, oversees the cooking for the 59 luxurious villas and runs the Indonesian restaurant, the Italian restaurant and the bar.


During his 25 years of professional experience he cultivated his creativity and satisfied demanding palates in some of the best restaurants in the world, from Fiji to Australia, taking inspiration from local cuisines
