In keeping with the Italian tradition of the aperitivo, the menu of light snacks and drinks is perfect for aficionados: exquisite cocktails include 12 signature cocktails that express the spirit, excellence and elegance of Bulgari; a French Champagne and Italian sparkling wine list; and exclusive fine wines and digestifs. The theatrical bar is one-of-a-kind and was created by Italian artisans, reproducing hammered silver. The ceiling is finished in titanium; the floor, black granite; the walls, polished Sapele mahogany. A grand sweeping staircase leads down to the restaurant, beside illuminated metalised fabric adorned with illustrations of the historic collection of Bulgari jewellery sketches from the 1920s and ‘30s.
