Head Chef Robbie Pepin shares the same heritage as the Bulgari Hotel London itself: part Italian, part British. Pepin presents an uncomplicated menu that caters to today’s modern palate, infused with classic Italian gastronomic traditions. Pepin has worked alongside some of the world’s best chefs in the most highly respected Michelin star restaurants and luxury hotels in Italy and London, including The Four Seasons and L’Andana in Florence, Italy and The Aubergine and The Oak Room in London.
