The Michelin starred Executive Chef Luca Fantin’s cuisine strikes a perfect balance between taste and aesthetics: the beautiful presentation and intense fragrances announce to the eyes and nose the extraordinary experience in store for the palate. Each dish is a unique creation, a synthesis of the vast experience that he has acquired in the most prestigious restaurants such as Cracco, Gualtiero Marchesi’s Osteria dell’Orso, Akèlarre, Mugaritz, and the Ryugin Restaurant in Tokyo. He was sous chef at La Pergola in Rome before becoming Executive Chef at the Bulgari Ginza Tower in Tokyo. Currently, Luca Fantin is the only Italian Chef in Japan with 1 Michelin star.
