Summer heats up the “courtyard of arms” with the masterful sounds of Albert Lee. The British guitarist, known for “chicken pickin", the unusual mixed technique of using a pick and finger-picking simultaneously, celebrated for his collaborations with some of the greatest artists of all time, from Ritchie Blackmore to Joe Cocker, returns to Italy after his sold-out show last year, ready to offer Milan a great show as part of the Estate Sforzesca Festival. A ninety-minute performance by one of the greatest rockabilly and country guitarists of the ‘70s, who spent half of the ‘60s playing R&B, before becoming one of the most sought-after musical icons of all time, from England to Nashville to Los Angeles. On 20 July, Albert Lee, winner of two Grammies and three additional nominations over his fifty-year career, hits the stage to hand over an evening of intense emotions and unforgettable music.
