The Michelin starred Executive Chef Luca Fantin's cuisine strikes a perfect balance between taste and aesthetics: the beautiful presentation and intense fragrances announce to the eyes and nose the extraordinary experience in store for the palate. His creative dishes are contemporary interpretation of Italian cuisine, based on the use of quality seasonal ingredients with refined techniques and artful creativity.

Each dish is a unique creation, a synthesis of the vast experience that he has acquired in the most prestigious restaurants such as Cracco, Gualtiero Marchesi's Osteria dell'Orso, Akelarre and Mugaritz. He was sous chef at La Pergola in Rome before becoming Executive Chef at the Bulgari Ginza Tower in Tokyo. Currently, Luca Fantin is the only Italian Chef in Japan with 1 Michelin star. Also, he was awarded "The Best Italian Chef in the World" from the 2015 edition of the Italian gourmet guide "Identitá Golose".
