An unprecedented culinary voyage begins this October in Bulgari’s il Ristorante: the masterful collaboration of rising international chefs with Bulgari Hotel Milan’s own Andrea Ferrero. The concept – one chef, one country – unites these culinary artists, their cultures and palates in a profoundly unique series of evenings that express the leading edge of gastronomy trends.
Apart from the phenomenal tastes experienced, these special evenings are spent in the company of the chefs, who share about their culinary explorations and defining moments to a select group. Their personal stories intermingle with the aromas and flavors of their countries. Their creations hint at future culinary styles, encapsulating the dramatic interplay of distinctive regionalism and broad cultural exchanges.
