Milan is ready. The most awaited event of the international fashion system will welcome to its catwalks, from 20 to 26 February, the women’s fashions that will heat up Fall/Winter 2018/2019. This year, it will be Moncler that inaugurates the show with 64 events, comprising a total of 61 collections including the debut of Tommy Hilfiger, by Erika Cavallini and Francesca Liberatore, and the big return to the calendar of Emilio Pucci. During the Milanese fashion week there will be shows by Lucio Vanotti, Angel Chen, Brognano and Ujoh, thanks to the support of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana. On the 21st, it’s up to Gucci and Alberta Ferretti, while on the 22nd, there are the shows of Fendi, Prada and Moschino. On Friday 23, the show goes on with Tod’s, Krizia, Versace and then Ferragamo, Giorgio Armani, Jil Sander, Biagiotti and Trussardi. There are lots of surprises in store for this first edition of 2018. To start with, there’s the new General Headquarters of the Fashion Hub of Milano Moda Donna, arriving at the Spazio Cavallerizze, part of the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci, right in the heart of the city. A dynamic space that will welcome, besides the runway shows, the collections of emerging brands presented by the Fashion Hub Market. The prestigious Sala Cariatidi of the Palazzo Reale, along with the Padiglione Visconti on Via Tortona, will continue to be an important reference point for Milano Moda Donna, This year, fashion will also be on museum display. At Palazzo Reale, 21 February, is the inauguration of Italiana. L'Italia Vista dalla Moda 1971-2001, an event that celebrates Italian Fashion Style in the world.
