Epicurea is a festival of global gastronomy, an eclectic and multi-faceted panorama of cuisine.

This much anticipated event is capped with the special appearance, for one night only, of René  Redzepi from the famed Noma in Copenhagen voted 4 times best restaurant in the world.

After the success of the first season with the Chefs Rodolfo Guzmàn, Bertrand Grébaut, Ben Shewry, Daniel Patterson, Kobe Desramaults, Blaine Wetzel and Luca Fantin,  Epicurea, Season 2 will welcome the most exciting names of international cuisine every month at the Bulgari Hotel in Milan, from January to July  2015. “It will be an incredible cultural exchange with the best of the new generation of contemporary cuisine,” says Roberto.

An exclusive circle of guests will present the latest culinary trends alongside highlights of their gastronomic research : from the punk 'n' roll China of Danny Bowien from Mission Chinese in New York and San Francisco, to the refined spirituality of the Japanese firebrand, Yoshihiro Narisawa, the bistronomics revolution of Inaki Aizpitarte (Le Chateaubriand, Paris), as well as the new Peruvian cuisine of the renowned Virgilio Martinez.

The spring months will feature an extraordinary Zoom 100 % Nordic Cuisine. In May, for three exceptional evenings, Magnus Nilsson, the Viking bard of Faviken, will bring to Milan the wild, radical and natural cuisine of his native Swedish Jämtland.

The highlight dinner will take place on June 15th, for a “one night only” special appearance by René Redzepi who will present a breathtaking mid-summer evening menu in the lush gardens of the Bulgari Hotel in Milan.

Luca Fantin, executive chef at Bulgari Restaurant Tokyo recently awarded Best Italian Chef in the world will end the festival with his contemporary interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine.
