Il Bar pays tribute to the incomparable Negroni

Rumoured to have first been mixed in Florence in 1919, the Negroni has firmly become the drink of choice for cocktail sippers over the past decade. To honour the timeless concoction and Bvlgari Hotel’s Italian heritage, the team at Il Bar has launched the ultimate in table-side drinks service: the Negroni Tray.
 
The custom-built, mahogany tray will be presented upon ordering the ‘Bvlgari Negroni’; a mix of two homemade Bvlgari Vermouths - one light and one more heavily spiced - served with blood orange peels.
Guests are offered Plymouth gin as well as a selection of premium spirits and accompaniments needed to make one’s ideal Negroni. The Negroni Tray offers an immersive experience, allowing guests to work with Il Bar’s talented team to tailor the perfect serve.
 
The Bvlgari Negroni will run alongside Il Bar’s current, popular Negroni menu, which currently presents unique offerings including the French Negroni (Hennessy fine, Chartreuse VEP, Byrh, Dolin, anise bitter), and the Negroni in Gold (Plymouth, Kamm and Sons, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, served with an ice cube coated in 24ct gold).
