Head Chef Robbie Pepin’s contemporary and refined Italian cuisine pays homage to autumn’s earthy and seafood best produce through a new collection of dishes introduced to Il Ristorante’s menus.
Scallops and chanterelle mushrooms from Scotland and cep mushrooms from Tuscany are amongst his favourites.
The A La Carte menu highlights will include Homemade tagliolini, cep mushroom ragou and Gnocchi, gamberoni, coco beans and chanterelle mushrooms whilst the ‘Seasonal Menu’ showcases the Chef’s Chanterelle mushroom risotto, served with spring onions and parmesan shavings.
For the sweet aficionados, fresh figs from Southern Italy are served roasted along with stracchino cheese and almond ice cream as part of the £30 set lunch menu.
