The Trinidad and Tobago Carnival, the most spectacular event in the Caribbean Sea, lands in Bali for the first time. History traces its origins back to 1783, as a celebration reserved for French veterans of the revolution. Every year since then, under the tropical sky, people from all over the world mingle to celebrate a celebration that has become the symbol of ethnic tolerance. The Trinidad and Tobago Carnival is inspired by the union between the different peoples who inhabit the country. Spiced up by deafening rhythms, rivers of beer and rum and lascivious dances, the Caribbean event culminates with the Ancient Masquerade, where women parade and dance wearing spectacular colorful costumes. The Balinese kermesse will last three days during which numerous events and tours of the main destinations of the island are planned, while the costume parade is postponed to a future edition.
