Anani, a Testimony to the Future

Nabil Anani is a Palestinian artist who has focused on landscape painting for over two decades. In this exhibition, the land continues to be a source of inspiration. Through the use of organic materials, Anani portrays the Palestinian landscape as a physical material on his canvas. His works often consist of the use of natural materials, such as wood, straw, dried herbs, seeds, quinoa and spices, infusing his paintings with the same elements of the land he intimately portrays.
