Forests, among Spirits and Ecosystem

This exhibition is an intricate study of our eroding ecological histories, lost environmental wisdoms, monstrous development programs, and the ghosts of extraction. It seeks to trace the legacies of resource colonization and minds operating in disguise. Within shifting landscapes, artists question who owns forest lands, who is displaced, and who is excluded from sites designated for conservation. Way of the Forest is a traveling edition of the Colomboscope art festival that converges artistic paths to rekindle knowledge of interdependence, stewardship, and restorative practices across rainforests, wilderness, mountain farms, and riverine wetlands.
