To coincide with the launch of the new Bvlgari scent Omnia Golden Citrine, Il Bar Tokyo has introduced a new series of mocktails inspired by the radiant new fragrance. Top Notes blends orange flower with peach, pineapple, egg white and citrus, for a taste that's reminiscent of the citrine gemstone's golden light. Heart Notes is a floral bouquet of jasmine, mandarin, lavender and juniper berry that recalls the feminine centre of the fragrance. Base Notes is a heady mix of cacao, vanilla rooibos tea, oolong tea, juniper berry and tonka that conjures the soft power of the citrine and the scent.
