Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin celebrates the Italian truffle season with an exclusive wine dinner. Personally overseen by Chef Luca Fantin and Resident Chef Alessandro Mazzali, white truffle distinct aroma takes centre stage.

Characterised by its unique and intense flavour, white truffle is available only from late autumn to early winter, making it among the most exclusive and rare truffle varieties.

The exceptional dinner experience will be paired with Gaja wine, a Barbaresco winery that has been in the same family since its founding in 1859.
