The ocean’s most exquisite offering is the star of a dining experience at Bvlgari Resort Bali’s cliffside Sangkar restaurant. Created by Executive Chef Andrew Skinner, the meal begins with the guest’s selection of a live lobster and continues with a special preparation using sparkling wine. Finally, the succulent crustacean is served with an array of tantalising sides. Served looking out over the Indian Ocean, it’s an extraordinary taste of Bali that elevates Sangkar’s signature cuisine to unprecedented new heights.
