70 Years of Beauty in China as Seen through Art
#Exhibitions

A journey through the China of the last 70 years, a wealth of extraordinary artistic and natural beauty, to celebrate the anniversary of the People’s Republic of China. The National Art Museum of China has selected, from its very own collection, various oil paintings and a series of water colours created by great artists. The result is a pictorial album with two dominant themes - landscapes and patriotism. The oil paintings are classic works by masters including Liu Haisu, Pang Xunqin, Yan Wenliang, Li Ruinian, Su Tianci, Wu Guanzhong, Zhu Naizheng and Jin Shangyi. The water colours are the works of artists of varying generations, such as Li Jianchen, Pan Sitong, Guan Guangzhi, Gu Yuan, Zong Qixiang, Qin Xuanfu, Huang Tieshan and Chen Jian. An unforgettable opportunity to explore the culture of a magic land and its poetic wonders.
