A new Friday brunch experience invites guests to immerse themselves in Italian cuisine and culture without leaving Dubai. Il Ristorante-Niko Romito’s exquisite new brunch features over 70 dishes to try, all of which capture the artistry and vibrancy of Chef Niko’s distinctive Made in Italy approach. Served buffet style, weekly offerings include homemade bread and cheese, bright salads, meat, fish and traditional Italian plates such as lasagna. Chefs serve the day’s risottos and pastas directly from their pans, adding an element of intimacy to the occasion. A spread of desserts completes the meal, so that guests may end their journey with tiramisu, cannoli, panna cotta and more. Sun and DJ-spun tunes complete the scene, bringing Riviera vibes to Jumeira Bay Island every Friday afternoon.
