The Bvlgari Spa London are excited to announce the launch of Workshop’s 'Month of Movement' in January next year. The one-month bespoke Movement Membership grants access to all of the Spa facilities and new daily classes each morning (starting from January 7th), with the focus on strengthening, yoga, skipping, boxing and pilates.
Workshop have designed a very exciting and dynamic programme for those that prefer to work out in a group setting.
Movement Membership is also the ideal gift for a loved one this festive season.

 

The following Workshop classes will be available:

Strengthen

Mondays at 8.00am
This class is designed to be a Personal Training session applied for a small group of participants. It utilises foam rollers, mini bands and body weight exercises and focuses on strengthening the body.

 

Vinyasa Yoga

Tuesdays at 7.30am
In Vinyasa Yoga classes participants coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.

 

Dynamic Pilates

Wednesdays at 8.00am
Same as classical Pilates this class will help your balance, posture, strength and flexibility. Dynamic Pilates is a more dynamic and intense program.

 

Pilates

Thursdays at 7.30am
Improve your balance, posture, strength and flexibility.

 

Yin Yoga

Fridays at 8.00am
Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3-5 minutes by advanced practitioners and 45 seconds - 2 minutes by beginners. This discipline allows to access deeper layer of fascia and is a very effective way to get more flexible.

 

Skipping

Saturdays at 8.00am
Skipping is a great and fun way to work on your cardio. Develop your technique by improving balance, coordination, footwork and get a full body workout.

 

Boxing

Sundays at 9.00am
This small class utilises boxing techniques (punching bag, pad work, skipping rope).
