Omar Galliani, born in Montecchio Emilia in 1954, is one of the greatest exponents of Italian contemporary art. In an era dominated by technology, his artistic research focuses on the possibilities of drawing using charcoal and pencil as the main expressive means of his art. An "infinite" drawing by the Italian artist who believes in the eternity of works of art, capable of surviving their creator over time and of restoring moments of understanding, moments of beauty, to be left to the world to come. An excursus through Galliani's works presented at the Biennials of Venice, Paris, San Paolo, Prague, Tokyo, Beijing, as part of museum exhibitions, with the addition of a selection of unpublished works, created specifically for the Milanese exhibition at the Palazzo Reale.
