Ludovico Einaudi returns to Teatro Dal Verme for the highly-anticipated December performance. With fall concerts in Northern Europe and a World Tour which, in 2021, will bring him to Canada, Mexico and Russia, the composer and pianist finds the time to enchant Milan with his visions though his music. He will do a total of eight performances given his sold-out shows of the last two years - a chance for the artist to finally feel at home and share the fruits of this unusual moment in history with the public, despite its difficulties, also full of new discoveries. Twenty-five albums, film soundtracks and concerts in every corner of the globe - from the most famed international theatres to the peaks of the Dolomites - all testimony to the success of this classical musician with a sound all his own. Curious and open to experimentation, Einaudi has mixed avant-garde sounds, contemporary music and ancestral sounds, flirting, as well, with genres like jazz, pop and rock, but also unexpected incursions into electronic and world music. The result is a hybrid but distinctive sound, an exploration of dreams and unexplored territories, capable of conquering fans from every imaginable background and of every musical taste - it’s no coincidence that he is the only classical musician to participate in the Itunes Festival (in 2007), along with world-famous bands like Placebo and Oasis.
