Tokyo, September 27th, 2019 - Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts is proud to announce the 10th  Anniversary of Luca Fantin as executive Chef of “Bvlgari - Il Ristorante Luca Fantin” in Tokyo.
To celebrate this important occasion, Luca Fantin launches a menu featuring his ten most iconic dishes selected out of more than 400 recipes that he created during his last decade at the helm of the restaurant.
This ‘Epoch-making’ menu, as the chef himself calls it, will be available at the restaurant with a limited-time offer of 1 month starting from October 1st. 
Fantin’s style is a contemporary interpretation of traditional, but elegant Italian cuisine, based on the use of top-quality Japanese local raw materials in season that are elaborated with refined techniques and great creativity.
Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin at the Bvlgari Ginza Tower in Tokyo has been awarded of one Michelin star since 2011, nominated “Top Italian Restaurant 2017” by the Italian restaurant bible ‘Il Gambero Rosso’, and included in the “Diners Club® 50 Best Discovery Series” in 2016. As well, the chef was nominated “Best Italian Chef in the World” by the prestigious Italian culinary guide “Identità Golose” in 2014. The Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin is also ranked #18 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and #107 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants 2019 editions.
