Sushi Hōseki – Kenji Gyoten

With a name inspired by its Bvlgari legacy — hōseki is the Japanese word for jewels ― this traditional omakase experience has just 8 seats, and will open under the direction of sushi chef Kenji Gyoten, three-star sushi chef at Sushi Gyoten in Fukuoka. It is a temple devoted to the ritual of Japanese dining, and features impeccable design elements and views onto a tiny zen garden.

To complement your meal, 20 different sake labels are available.
