Set to open in 2030, the seaside property will be home to 60 Rooms and Suites, 30 Villas and 90 Mansions. Set on a private island, it is accessible via bridge or by boat from the Marina, and provides easy access to Abu Dhabi’s flourishing arts scene and prestigious institutions. Construction and design of the property will be entrusted to Milanese architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, while Milanese firm LAND srl will be in charge of creating a visionary landscape. Resonating with Italian artistry and Arabian tradition, and designed as a living canvas, the Resort is surrounded by dunes, gardens and sculpted natural structures.

The Resort features 90 Mansions ranging from 1650 to 2500 square metres, with some equipped with docks to accommodate boats up to 25 metres and eight are home to their own private beaches. Each residence features views of the sea, city, or private cove, with the design a blend of local and contemporary Italian influence.
