A cross-cultural journey of culinary discovery, the Ubud Food Festival is one of the highlights of Bali’s spring calendar. This year, its theme is Spice Up the World, a playful reminder of the ways in which the vibrant cuisine of Southeast Asia is changing cooking around the world. Bvlgari Hotels’ own Chef Luca Fantin will be participating in two events at this year’s festival: an eight-course dinner called Maestri Modern Mediterraneo and a risotto presentation that will be part of the Kitchen Stage series. This year, the festival takes place from 26th to 28th April.
