Rafael Domenech has developed a system of reticular interconnection that unites art, language and architecture. His works belong to the category of mosaics and collages, artistic genres where what matters is the logic of the narrative underlying the assembly. Each work is produced with layers of excess industrial paper, printing errors and photographic fragments accumulated in the artist's studio, material residues of past productions that compose a palimpsest of residual meanings. Convergence between disconnected objects, intersection between different elements, search for a common thread in the chaos of what remains of past experience are the linchpins of Domenech's research to bring the tumult of contemporary life back to balance.
