The themes for Autumn include: September offers Chakra Aura Colours, which includes Animal Flow movement, time on the Pilates Reformer, dry sauna, gemstone massage, and a chakra-inspired lunch. October immerses guests in Aqua Rebalance, which features aromatherapy, shiatsu, and a Watsu aquatic session to promote muscle release.
