Boardrooms

Setting an event, two boardrooms welcome the guests of Bulgari Hotel Milano. Boardroom 1 consists of a single oval table seating a maximum of 12 people, whereas Boardroom 2 is theater style, with a frontal table for panelists and speakers and an ample space for the audience, hosting up to 35 people. They are both set up with folders, pens, sweets and they are equipped with plasma screen (42 inches), that can be connected directly to a laptop for projections. The plasma television, video projector and screen, CD/DVD/VHS player, audio system, mixer, microphone and audio conferencing make this an ideal place to organize meetings, presentations or conferences. Thanks to the flexibility of the spaces, Boardrooms 1, 2 and the foyer can be configured as a single space for cocktail parties and larger events.
