For Easter 2025, Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Gianluca Fusto and Bvlgari Hotels have created a limited edition egg. The dazzling dessert layers flavour, texture and sweetness for a showstopping addition to any Easter brunch table.

Crafted with fine Italian ingredients like Neapolitan burnt polenta and Cortemilia hazelnuts, the Uovo di Pasqua is coated in two layers of chocolate and finished with both caramelized and natural pumpkin seeds.
