The Condivisione menu starts with an ultra-pure broth to tantalise the taste buds, followed by an original antipasto that encapsulates a grand tour of all the regions of Italy, accompanied by traditional veal and tomato lasagna, crispy suckling pig with orange sauce, and sauteed spicy spinach with garlic and almonds.
