To celebrate Easter Sunday, Bvlgari Hotel Roma is offering a special Easter Brunch at Il Ristorante - Niko Romito, as well as the signature Easter egg created by Pastry Chef and Chocolatier Gianluca Fusto.
A traditional Italian menu is the focus of the Easter Sunday Brunch, with courses of roast lamb, the classic Torta di Pasqua and a selection of desserts and pastries like the Napoletana and Colomba, each dish enriches the moment with pure authenticity.
This year’s limited edition Easter egg is an elegant artisanal chocolate creation featuring the finest Italian ingredients like Neapolitan burnt polenta and Cortemilia hazelnuts. A perfect balance of flavour and texture brought together with stunning artistry, it’s a delicious way to celebrate the moment.
The Easter Egg is available for take-away at Bvlgari Dolci and is priced at €90.
