Symposia Mixology arrives at Bulgari Resort Bali for the first time the weekend of 21st and 22nd January, hosting guest bartender Kiki Moka. As the Head Mixologist for Jakarta’s F & B group The Union Group, he leads a team of 100 bartenders and is known for creating trendsetting drinks at the local scene such as Kretek Whisky Sour at Loewy. For Symposia, he will mix six limited edition cocktails, served alongside specialty hors d’oeuvres and live music.
