Gelato is always in season at Bvlgari Resort Dubai, where Il Gelato celebrates one of Italy's sweetest traditions. Crafted under the direction of Chef Niko Romito, each flavour is the result of carefully sourced premium ingredients and exceptional technique. The destination is inspired by Italy's piazzas, which invite families, friends, and neighbours to gather together to experience the simple joy of gelato. Tables invite guests to linger, whether on a sunny afternoon or post-dinner stroll. In addition to classic gelato flavours, the kiosk also offers Italian specialities like sorbetto, granita, and brioche Siciliana.
Located between the entrance of the Il Ristorante - Niko Romito and the Resort’s main entrance, Il Gelato is open every day from 04.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
