The Masterpieces of the Berggruen Collection with Picasso, Matisse and Giacometti
#Exhibitions

Donated by art collector and merchant Heinz Berggruen to his native city of Berlin, the Berggruen Collection is known worldwide for the quality of its numerous masterpieces. Paul Cézanne, Georges Braque, Pablo Picasso, Paul Klee, Henri Matisse and Alberto Giacometti are just some of the artists amply represented in the collection and which make up the heart of the exhibition organised in the spaces of the UCCA Edge. An unforgettable occasion to see, up close, masterpieces which have moulded the trajectory of art history in the XX Century, including 40 works by Picasso and 50 by Klee. After its first stops in Japan in Tokyo and Osake, the international tour of the collection - conceived during years in which the Museum in Berlin is undergoing sweeping renovations - follows with a stop in Shanghai to be followed by another stop in Beijing.
