Expanding on the work initially presented in the UAE National Pavilion at the 2024 Venice Biennale, the exhibition is designed to showcase the work of the prolific artist in the UAE: Abdullah Al Saadi. Al Saadi is a figure who embodies multiple roles: wanderer, chronicler, cartographer, poet, decipherer, memory-bearer and storyteller. This exhibition includes works produced on his travels in the wilderness and invites viewers to explore his creative process in relation to the practices of Arab poets from centuries ago.

Between Sunrise and Sunset is a single work in which dozens of human-sized biomorphic sculptures are grouped in undulating colors and movements, suggesting bodies or trees, metamorphosis and mutation. The color spectrum transforms over the span of the installation: from sunrise to sunset.
