Italy comes to Tokyo for a night of sipping and savouring. The latest edition of the Symposia cocktail series arrives at The Bvlgari Bar in Tokyo 20th March. For one night only, guest bartender Fabio Fanni of Florence's Locale Firenze will treat guests to signature cocktails like the Fico & Olive, which feature his distinctive blend of innovative techniques and seasonal ingredients.
