The Bulgari Bar in Tokyo is hosting the latest installment of the Symposia cocktail series this 21st of March, welcoming Mr. Demie Kim from Seoul's Zest bar. Ranked number 5 among Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023 and 18 among the World’s 50 Best Bars 2023, Zest is known for sustainable cocktails that use ingredients from local farms and producers.
