自6月25日起，“L'Estate Italiana 意夏食光”将于上海宝格丽酒店盛情启幕，将 La Terrazza 露台焕新为全新餐饮概念空间，由屡获殊荣的罗马主厨 Pier Daniele Seu 倾力呈献。菜单中的八款披萨，既有脍炙人口的传统之作，亦有精心构思的创新之选。其标志性的面团于控温条件下历经约30小时熟成，依旧保持轻盈蓬松，搭配精心甄选的意大利食材，造就风味丰富而平衡的佳品。
