Le Donne Eroiche del Vino Biologico: An Exclusive Wine Experience at Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts is celebrating the trailblazing women shaping Italy’s organic wine landscape with the launch of a new wine list, Le Donne Eroiche del Vino Biologico – The Heroic Women of Organic Wine. This curated selection highlights Italian women who are redefining viticulture with passion, creativity, and a steadfast commitment to sustainability.

From the rolling vineyards of Trentino to the sun-soaked estates of Sicily, the wine list showcases the diversity of Italy’s regions and will be available at all Il Ristorante – Niko Romito locations. Featured winemakers include Elisabetta Foradori, Arianna Occhipinti, Francesca Balestrieri, Ilaria Salvetti, and Maria Ernesta Berucci, among others.

At Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo, the wines of Chiara Boschis from Azienda Agricola Pira, one of Piedmont’s most respected Barolo producers, will be available by the glass at Il Ristorante – Niko Romito starting November 21.

The project marks a celebrative milestone in a journey that began a few years ago, dedicated to discovering and supporting Italy’s finest organic producers.
