Cheers to cocktail culture — and trying new things. Bulgari Hotel Tokyo’s Bar Manager, Andrea Minarelli, hosts the Symposia Mixology series on 29th February, inviting guest bartender Rusty Cerven from Singapore's Manhattan bar. Inspired by the Golden Age of cocktails of the 19th century, Manhattan is ranked No.21 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023 and No.63 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2023. The two will present four new cocktails including the New York Sour, their version of a whiskey sour with lavender and plum aroma; and the Sparkling Diamond made with Champagne.
