One of the world's most celebrated chefs, he helms the restaurant Reale in Abruzzo which has won accolades—including 3 Michelin stars—from across the food world. For Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Romito has devised a new concept which is the result of almost 2 years of research and development in the laboratories of Casadonna, his headquarter in Italy that houses the Reale restaurant.
