The Bvlgari Bar

One-hundred-sixty metres above the Indian Ocean’s mesmerizing expanse, beneath a traditional Balinese alang-alang thatched roof, and floating amid serene pools, Bvlgari Bar is the prized perch from which to savor light meals, leisure bites, and signature Bvlgari cocktails throughout the day and night. The Bar’s mixologists create every type of cocktail, from classics ‘with a twist’ including Oak-Aged Negronis and Aperol Spritzes to ‘local’ infusions featuring Balinese ingredients such as arak and rosella.

Every day at sunset, from 6-7 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy an Italian aperitivo, a selection of warm and cold bites to pair with the chosen drinks, while watching the sun plunge in the Ocean.
