Intimate and chic, the atmosphere of Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin is warm and relaxing, with soft lights, a collection of vintage Bvlgari artworks decorating the wall and an infinite view of the sea. It seats only 36 diners and operates from 6 p.m to 11 p.m.
Opened in 2017, Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin is curated by acclaimed Italian chef Luca Fantin, whose talents lie in creatively combining classical Italian cuisine with local flavors and ingredients, always respecting seasonality and quality of products. While Executive Chef Fantin presides over the flagship Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin in Tokyo’s Bulgari Ginza Tower, resident Head Chef Alessandro Mazzali nurtures his vision by executing all the recipes with great talent, rare mastery and sophisticated cooking techniques.
The ‘degustazione’ menu is a 7-course journey starting with a multi-sensory amuse bouche which changes every day, and continues with a procession of rich, stunning creations such as the handmade tagliolini with saffron, caviar and gremolada, the delicate grouper with bottarga, lemon and spinach, the Wagyu beef with organic Plaga salanova salad and white balsamic vinegar. Guests can choose to accompany the menu with a wine pairing option proposed by the sommelier or select a bottle from the expertly curated wine list counting more than 200 labels—predominantly from Italy—and notable Champagnes.
