The Bulgari Resort Dubai's SEU Pizza Illuminati was just named the best pizza in the Middle East, according to the 50 Top Pizza, Best in Dubai 2021, Prosecco DOC Awards. An outpost of the Roman pizzeria located within the Resort's Il Caffé, it was launched in 2020, and has been winning over locals ever since with its authentic flavour and craftsmanship. On the menu are five classic Roman pizzas and six specialty versions, each prepared with a DOC sensibility that is the heart of Italian cuisine.
