Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts and Dubai-based developer Meraas, have launched the Bvlgari Lighthouse, a new residential tower on Jumeira Bay Island overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.

The Bvlgari Lighthouse will be set on the edge of Jumeira Bay Island, a location chosen for its uninterrupted views and spectacular setting.

Like all Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts properties, the Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel will lead the design, creating intricately designed residences that offer protection, privacy, and peace. The façade is inspired by coral, mimicking its organic curves and acting as a filter for light and air, to create open yet secluded living spaces.

The luxurious residential project spans 27 storeys, comprising 31 penthouses crowned with a three-level Sky Villa. Homes range from 4 to 5 bedrooms, with the Sky Villa home to 9 bedrooms and a 13,000-square-foot terrace.
