Bulgari Hotel London debuts a new Afternoon Tea. Bridging the gap between British heritage and Italian style, the experience treats guests to a luxe assortment of Italian savoury delicacies by Executive Chef Adriano Cavagnini and pastries by Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Mungiovino. Served on floral-patterned porcelain by Ginori 1735, bites include Burrata di Andria, English asparagus, olive pesto and cream cheese millefoglie. Sweets include flavours of raspberry almond crunch, Amalfi lemon cream, hazelnut mousseline and chocolate biscuits. It's a celebration of the season, executed with rare artistry and designed to deliver maximum joy.
