La carte du Bvlgari Bar comprend des cocktails et des boissons italiennes classiques, ainsi que des plats simples à déguster tout au long de la journée. Les boissons sont idéalement accompagnées des snacks du chef Niko : focaccia à la tomate, au Parmigiano Reggiano et au basilic, toast avec pain fait maison, jambon et fromage Fontine, ou encore sa célèbre « bomba », un beignet farci avec des garnitures gourmandes salées et sucrées.

Les réservations sont acceptées jusqu’à 15h00. Par la suite, nous serons ravis d’accueillir les clients sans réservation, dans la limite des places disponibles.

Perched atop the Hotel on its 45th floor is The Bvlgari Bar, from which guests can experience the enchantments of a Mediterranean garden surrounded by Tokyo's skyline. Set between two rooftop terraces, The Bvlgari Bar is conceived of like an old pavillon in a historical Italian garden: in the summer, the doors can be opened to create a seamless flow from inside to out. The bar seats 47 inside and 62 outside.
With a name inspired by its Bvlgari legacy, hōseki is the Japanese word for jewel, this traditional omakase experience is a temple devoted to the art of Japanese dining. With just 8 seats, it is an impeccably-designed space that looks out onto a tiny zen garden.
To complement the meal, 20 different sake labels are available.
Cozy, relaxing and stunningly elegant. With a huge cast iron-and-granite fireplace as its centrepiece, the 40th-floor Bvlgari Lounge is a richly textured aerie complete with wood-panelled walls and a coffered ceiling. Opening onto the Terrace, it’s the perfect spot to gather for light bites, Afternoon Tea or Chef’s famous Pasticceria.
