Terletak di tepi pantai dengan akses ke pantai Miami yang indah, Bvlgari Hotel Miami Beach akan menawarkan pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan hanya beberapa langkah dari distrik Art Deco Miami yang menarik. Bangunan yang akan menjadi Bvlgari Hotel Miami Beach pada awalnya dirancang sebagai hotel oleh arsitek Miami Albert Anis pada akhir 1950-an, sebagai bagian dari gerakan Modernis kota, dan pemugarannya akan diawasi oleh firma arsitektur Italia Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.
